Admiralty Model Works has moldmaking and casting facilities to recreate your product. We use Silicone RTV molds to capture your product and Urethane Resin to replicate it.

For casting, we are able to do a variety of Polyurethane Resins and Acrylic materials and techniques, including cold cast bronze and porcelain. We are able to cast your items in clear, colour or leave them natural.

Vacuum chambers as well as pressure vessels are used to create the best quality castings possible.

We have 2 vacuum chambers, one of them custom made and 6 Pressure Autoclaves Vessels to do your work in. We also have a roto-caster for those items needed to be hollow or where weight is critical.

There is a large amount of subjects we have done, from figures to small intricate parts for industrial use and for the hobby industry where we have created complete models with instructions.

Automotive Style Painting and Custom Airbrushing of completed resin parts is available.

As many of our clients have privacy clauses, we are unable to display all the models on the website, but if you contact us, we will be able to show you our entire portfolio.
